To receive an accurate price for the carton you need, please provide material requirements, carton size, printing specifications, processing details, quantity, and any other relevant information. For more precise material requirements, consider sending a 10cm x 10cm sample, ensuring the accuracy of both material and pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct size order is length x width x height. Place the open end of the gift box in front of you.
The opening size is the length from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from the front end to the original.
Height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we ascertain the style, size, board type, printing needs, and quantity of the gift box, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex technologies and large orders might necessitate real-time communication)
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely, we are a custom shop. We design and create each project according to the specific needs of our clients. All our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain samples without printing and stock samples are free of charge, but freight is collected.
Printed samples are charged according to your design.
