To secure an accurate price for your desired carton, please specify material details, dimensions, printing, processing requirements, quantity, and relevant specifics. For unclear material details, provide a 10cm x 10cm sample for precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct size sequence is length x width x height. Position the open end of the gift box facing you.
Measure the length from left to right along the open end. The width is the shortest open end dimension from front to back.
The height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we have details like style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes about 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. Please note that complex technology and large orders may require real-time communication for accurate timelines.
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Yes, we are a custom shop. We design and tailor each project to meet the specific needs of our clients. All our boxes are crafted according to your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain and stock samples are free, though freight is collected. Custom printed samples incur charges based on your design specifications.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD/design.
Sample production time: approximately 7 days.
