To obtain an accurate price for your custom carton, please provide material specifications, carton dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and any other pertinent details. If material specifications are unclear, sending a 10cm x 10cm sample will help ensure precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct measurement order is length x width x height. Align the open end of the gift box in front of you.
The opening size is the length from left to right. The width is the shortest open dimension from the front end to the original back.
The height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we have details on style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes about 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. For complex technology and larger orders, real-time communication is needed.
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely, we are a custom shop. Each project is designed and combined according to individual client needs. All our boxes are custom-made to fit your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain and stock samples are provided free of charge, though freight is collected. Custom printed samples incur a fee based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD per design.
Sample production time: 7 days.
