To accurately price your desired carton, please provide material specifications, dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and other crucial details. If material specifics are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample for precise pricing.
1. How do I measure the box correctly?
The correct size order is length x width x height. Place the open end of the gift box in front of you for measurement.
The length is the dimension from left to right of the opening. The width is the shortest dimension from the front end to the original position.
The height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive a quote?
For most items, once we have the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity information, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, production of custom designed and printed products takes about 2 weeks. Complex technologies and large orders may require real-time communication for precise timing.
4. Can I get custom-designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! As a custom shop, we tailor each project to meet the unique needs of our clients. All boxes are custom-made to match your artwork and packaging specifications.
5.Plain and stock samples are offered free of charge, though freight costs are collected. Custom printed samples incur charges based on your specific design.
