To obtain an accurate price for your desired carton, please provide material requirements, carton size, printing specifications, processing needs, quantity, and any other pertinent details. If unsure about material requirements, send us a 10cm x 10cm sample for precise material identification and pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
For accurate dimensions, measure in the following order: length x width x height. The length is the dimension from left to right of the open end, the width is the shortest dimension of the open end from front to back, and the height is the dimension from top to bottom.
The opening size is the length from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from the front end to the original.
Height dimension from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we know the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can deliver a precise quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to craft your custom-designed and printed products. (More complex designs and larger orders may necessitate real-time communication.)
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Yes, we specialize in custom projects, tailoring each design to meet the unique needs of our clients. All boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
5. Sample PolicyPlain, non-printed and stock samples are complimentary, though freight is collected. Printed samples are charged according to your design specifications.
Printed samples incur charges based on your design.
