To receive an accurate price quote for your desired carton, please provide material specifications, carton dimensions, printing requirements, processing needs, quantity, and other relevant details. If material specifics are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample to ensure precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
Measure the box by its length x width x height. The open end should face you for accuracy.
Length: Spans from left to right. Width: The shortest dimension of the open end from the front. Height: Measured from top to bottom.
Height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
Upon receiving the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity details of the gift box, we will provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex designs and large orders may require real-time communication for precise timelines)
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! We are a custom shop. Every project is uniquely designed and assembled to meet your specific requirements. All boxes are crafted according to your provided artwork and packaging needs.
5.Plain and stock samples are provided free of charge, though freight charges apply. Custom printed samples are charged based on your design.
