Custom Gift Box Frequently Asked Questions:
To ensure precise pricing for your desired carton, kindly provide material specifications, dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and any other relevant details. If material specifics are unclear, please send a 10cm x 10cm sample for accurate pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct size order is length x width x height. Place the open end of the gift box facing you.
The opening size is the length from left to right. Width is the shortest open end dimension from the front to the original end.
Height is measured from the top to the bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we have details such as style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Generally, it takes approximately 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex technology and large orders require real-time communication)
4. Can I have custom-designed and manufactured boxes?
We are a custom shop, tailoring each project to meet the specific needs of our clients. All our boxes are uniquely crafted according to your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain and stock samples are provided free of charge, with freight collected. Custom printed samples incur a fee based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD per design.
Sample production time: 7 days.
