To get an accurate price for your custom carton, please send us your material requirements, carton dimensions, printing specifications, processing needs, quantity, and other relevant details. If you're unsure about the material requirements, please mail us a 10cm x 10cm sample of the material for precise pricing.
1. How to properly measure the box?
The correct dimension order is length x width x height. Place the open end of the gift box in front of you.
The opening size is the length from left to right. The width is the shortest open-end dimension from the front to the back.
The height is measured from top to bottom.
2. When can I expect to receive a quote?
For most items, once we have details on the style, size, board type, printing needs, and quantity, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. What is the estimated delivery time for my product?
Typically, we need about 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex designs and larger orders may require real-time communication)
4. Can you design and manufacture custom boxes?
Absolutely. We are a custom shop and tailor each project to the client's specific needs. All our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain samples without printing and stock samples are free of charge, but freight costs are collect.
Printed samples are charged according to your design specifications.
Sample fee: Approximately $200 per design.
Sample production time: 7 days.
