To obtain the precise price for your custom carton, please provide details such as material specifications, carton dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and any other relevant information. If material specifications are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample for accurate pricing.
1. How do I measure the box?
Measure the box by its length x width x height, with the open end facing you.
The length is the measurement from left to right. Width is the shortest dimension of the open end, measured from front to back.
Height is the distance from the top to the base of the box.
2. How soon can I receive a quote?
Upon receiving the style, size, board type, printing needs, and quantity of your gift box, we will provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, it takes 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Please note that complex designs and large orders may require real-time communication to determine precise timelines)
4. Can I have custom-designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! As a custom shop, every project is uniquely designed and assembled to meet your specific requirements, crafted meticulously according to your unique artwork and packaging needs.
5.Plain and stock samples are provided free of charge, though freight charges will apply. Custom printed samples incur a fee based on your design specifications.
