Custom Gift Box Frequently Asked Questions:
To obtain an accurate quote for your desired carton, please provide material specifications, carton dimensions, printing, processing requirements, quantity, and other pertinent details. If material specifics are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample to ensure accurate pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct order of measurements is length x width x height. When the open end of the gift box is in front of you,
the length is the distance from left to right, while the width is the shortest open-end dimension from the front to the back. The height is the dimension from top to bottom.
Height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we know the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity of the gift box, we can provide you with a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex technology and large quantities may necessitate real-time communication.)
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
We are a custom shop, designing and combining each project according to the individual needs of our clients. All our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Standard and stock samples are free of charge, though freight costs are collected. Custom printed samples are charged based on your design.
The printed sample fee is approximately 200 USD per design.
Sample production time is estimated to be 7 days.
