To obtain an accurate price for your desired carton, please provide material specifications, dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and other relevant details. If material specifics are unclear, sending a 10cm x 10cm sample will help ensure precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct measurement order is length x width x height. Place the open end of the gift box facing you.
The length is the size from left to right at the opening. The width is the shortest dimension from the front end to the back.
The height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we know the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. Complex technology and large orders require real-time communication.
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! We are a custom shop. Each project is designed and combined according to individual client needs. All our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain and stock samples are free of charge, though freight is collected. Custom printed samples are charged based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately USD 200 per design.
Sample production time: 7 days.
