To get an accurate price for your desired carton, please provide detailed specifications, including material, dimensions, printing, processing requirements, quantity, and any additional pertinent details. If material specifics are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample to ensure precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct measurement sequence is length x width x height. Position the open end of the gift box in front of you for accurate measurement.
The length is the measurement from left to right across the opening. Width is the shortest dimension from the front edge to the back.
The height is measured from the top to the bottom of the box.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we have the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity details, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, production of your custom-designed and printed products takes about 2 weeks. Complex designs and larger orders may require real-time communication for exact timelines.
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! We are a bespoke shop, designing and crafting each project to meet the unique needs of our clients. Every box is customized according to your artwork and packaging requirements.
5. Are samples available?Plain and stock samples are free of charge, though freight costs are collected. Custom printed samples are charged based on your specific design.
The fee for printed samples is approximately 200 USD per design.
Sample production time is around 7 days.
