To secure an accurate price for your carton, please provide material details, dimensions, printing, processing requirements, quantity, and other relevant specifics. If material details are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample for precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct size order is length x width x height. Ensure the open end of the gift box is facing you.
The length is the measurement from left to right of the open end. Width is the shortest dimension from the front end to the opposite side.
Height is the dimension from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we have the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity of the gift box, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to produce your custom designed and printed products. (Complex designs and large orders may require real-time communication)
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! We are a custom shop and tailor each project to the individual needs of our clients. All our boxes are custom-made based on your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain and stock samples are free, though freight is collected. Custom printed samples incur charges based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD/design.
Sample production time: 7 days.
