To obtain an accurate quote for your desired carton, please provide detailed material specifications, carton dimensions, printing and processing requirements, quantity, and additional pertinent information. If material details are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample to ensure precision in pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct size order is length x width x height. Orient the gift box so the open end faces you.
Measure the opening size from left to right for length. The width is the shortest dimension of the open end from front to back.
Height is measured from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we receive details about the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity of the gift box, we can provide a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. More complex technologies and larger quantities may require real-time communication.
4. Can I have custom-designed and manufactured boxes?
Absolutely! We are a custom shop, tailoring each project to the unique needs of our clients. All our boxes are crafted according to your artwork and packaging specifications.
5.Plain and stock samples are provided free of charge, though freight costs will be collected. Custom printed samples incur charges based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD/design.
Sample production time: approximately 7 days.
