Custom Gift Box Frequently Asked Questions:
To obtain an accurate price for your desired carton, please provide material specifications, carton dimensions, printing, processing requirements, quantity, and any other pertinent details. If material specifics are unclear, send a 10cm x 10cm sample to ensure precise pricing.
1. How to measure the box?
The correct order for dimensions is length x width x height. Place the open end of the gift box in front of you.
The length is the measurement from left to right of the open end. The width is the shortest dimension of the open end from the front to the back.
The height is the dimension from top to bottom.
2. How soon can I receive the quote?
For most items, once we know the style, size, board type, printing requirements, and quantity of the gift box, we can provide you with a quote within 24 hours.
3. How long will it take to receive my product?
Typically, we require 2 weeks to produce your custom-designed and printed products. (Complex designs and larger quantities need real-time communication).
4. Can I have custom designed and manufactured boxes?
We are a custom shop. We design and tailor each project to the unique needs of our clients. All our boxes are custom-made according to your artwork and packaging requirements.
5.Plain and stock samples are free of charge; however, freight is collected. Custom printed samples are charged based on your design.
Printed sample fee: approximately 200 USD/design.
Sample production time: 7 days.
